FRC Action President Tony Perkins to host Stand for the Family Rally in Louisiana

Candidates Rob Maness, Zach Dasher, Lenar Whitney to Join Rally

Pride, Louisiana – On Saturday, October 25th, Family Research Council Action (FRCA) President Tony Perkins will host a Stand for the Family Rally in Pride, Louisiana. This special afternoon event, in conjunction with FRC Action’s seven-state Faith, Family, Freedom Tour, will include Jambalaya, fall festivities, and key conservative leaders in Louisiana. Speakers will include U.S. Senate Candidate Rob Maness, U.S. Congressional Candidate Zach Dasher (LA-05), U.S. Congressional Candidate Lenar Whitney (LA-06), FRC Action President Tony Perkins, and FRC Action Executive Director Josh Duggar. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar of the hit TLC reality TV series "19 Kids and Counting" will also make an appearance.

“On Saturday, we will rally voters to support these candidates who have strong family values, clear purpose, and a tenacity to stand against the failed liberal policies of this administration. No longer are lukewarm candidates acceptable.

“Americans are seeing liberalism in full parade and the wheels are coming off. People are looking for answers -- not just any answers, but the right answers. We need leaders who are willing to stand against the forces of entrenched politicians who have brought this country to its lowest point in history. Our economy has been decimated. Our culture has been challenged beyond all reasonable limits. Now is the time to elect leaders who will stand up for the values that made this nation great,” concluded Perkins.
