Lead Lawyer for Anti- Vitter PAC Resigns Amid Alleged Violations
9/10/2015-- Updated 4:27 PM CDTAlesia Ardoin, the lead attorney for the special interest PAC attacking Senator Vitter, has resigned today. Some have alleged that it is because of serious violations by her as attorney for the PAC that have come to light.
These alleged ethical and legal violations by her and the PAC are being pursued and could lead to her being sanctioned or disbarred, sources tell THE DEAD PELICAN.
UPDATE: Reports of stations pulling the anti-Vitter ad continue to pour in.We had first been told that WBRZ in Baton Rouge had pulled the attack ad put out by the PAC.
Since then, we have been told that KADN and KLAF in Lafayette just pulled the ad, along with WNTZ in Alexandria and KARD/KTVE in Monroe.Developing...
